South Gate Media Information Center

The South Gate Police Department has partnered with the Los Angeles Regional Crime Stoppers program, in an effort to encourage the public to anonymously report crime.  The program provides the Police with tips on unsolved crimes.

Tips are submitted to Crime Stoppers by phone, email or text.  The Crime Stoppers call center takes the anonymous information and routes it to the appropriate law enforcement agency.   Crime Stoppers phone lines are encrypted and calls are never recorded.  Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization and is funded by private donations and fund raisers.
