- 2600-block of Kansas Av; Wednesday, 4/10/2013 at 09:05 hrs;
- 9200-block of Truba Av; Wednesday, 4/17/2013 between 11:30-12:30 p.m.
AUTO BURGLARY:
Area 1 for the month of April, 2013, reports (7) Auto Burglaries at the following locations:
- 3000-block of Kansas Av; Sunday, 4/7/2013 at 14:00 hrs; Items Stolen - cell phone, purse with personal papers;
- 2900-block of Kansas Av; Sunday, 4/7/2013 at 14:10 hrs; Items stolen: Nothing. 3rd row seat unlatched but not taken;
- 9600-block of Alameda St; Sunday, 4/7/2013 between 03:00-03:50 hrs - Items stolen - Social Security card.
- 10000-block of Anselmo Av; between Monday/Tuesday, 4/1-2/2013 between 23:00-07:00 hrs - Items Stolen: cell phone and i-Pod Scanner;
- 2585 Ohio Av; Tuesday, 4/9/2013 between 22:00-23:29 hrs; Items Stolen: Car stereo; amplifier; car battery; cell phone
- 2600-block of Illinois Av; 4/11/2013 between 05:45-18:20 hrs - Items stolen: Nothing apparently taken
- 2500-block of Kansas Av; between 4/26-29/2013 between 12:00-03:30 hrs; Items Stolen: baseball bag; amplifier; vehicle registration; insurance paperwork
Reminder: Never leave valuables inside an unattended vehicle especially personal papers such as Social Security cards, passports, birth certificates, vehicle pink slips, driver's license, etc. Criminals can use personal paperwork to commit identify theft and fraud.

- 8800-block of Beaudine Av; Thursday, 3/7/2013 between 06:30-17:00 hrs;
- 2600-block of Ohio Av; between Thursday/Saturday, 3/14-16/2013
- 2500-block of Nebraska Av; Friday, 3/1/2013 between 10:30-12:30 hours; resident believes they left bedroom window open;
- 9800-block of Alameda St; Friday, 3/1/2013 between 11:30-19:25 hours;
- 10600-block of Montara Av; Friday, 3/8/2013 at 14:59 hrs;
- 8900-block of Beaudine Av; Saturday, 3/23/2013 at 02:52 hrs; Two Suspects Arrested
Reminder: burglars often look for unlocked doors or homes where at least one window has been left unlocked. Even small bathroom windows can be an invitation to burglars. Burglars also often use the ruse of knocking on front doors to see if anyone answers. If no one answers they either hop the fence or go into the backyard to break in from the rear of the house.

- 8900-block of Calden Av; Monday, 3/4/2013 between 07:50-10:30 hrs;
- 2900-block of Illinois Av; between Monday/Tuesday, 3/11-12/2013 between 20:00-07:00 hrs;
- 2700-block of Nebraska Av; between Tuesday/Wednesday, 3/5-6/2013 between 20:00-05:30 hrs;
- 2400-block of Kansas Av; between Wednesday/Thursday, 3/27-28/2013 between 18:09-04:50 hrs
Reminder: It's a good idea never to leave valuable paperwork such as Social Security cards, passports, birth certificates, income tax paperwork, driver's licenses, checkbooks, vehicle pink slips, etc. in your glove box and/or trunk. Thieves often ransacked unattended vehicles in the hopes of finding financial or personal information that they can use to commit identity theft. Thieves also often window shop by peering into parked and unattended vehicles for things that may be valuable such as purses, backpacks, briefcases, cell phones, clothing, and tools.
